How I create my Substack posts

I choose the topics for my posts and use AI to research the questions I define, but I check every source myself. I then use AI to help analyze the material through systems-analysis models I have designed to examine the relevant ecosystems. For each article or series, I create a detailed spine that sets the argument, emphasis, structure, tone, and areas where bias must be avoided. AI may draft some sections and prepare tables, diagrams, and illustrations based on my specifications, but I edit all written content for accuracy, clarity, and bias. I also review and often revise the illustrations, either manually or through further AI instructions. In practice, I use AI where it adds value while retaining full control over the content, analysis, and presentation.
